If you eat mushrooms on your pizza, we have one question for you.  Are canned mushrooms acceptable?

More often than not canned mushrooms are used on pizza these days. Tell us how you feel about this. Is this OK, or unacceptable?

   I keep canned around because I’m the only one in my house that eats mushrooms. I rinse the salt from them the best I can and give them a hot bath in Extra Vee before I use them.

   Canned is never acceptable for Italian dishes, but I’ll eat them on pizza, steak sandwiches and in omelets.
