To be fair, I did purchase American this year for 2 reasons. 1. It was all they had (primary reason) and 2 I didn't go down town to find Osetra. I saved a fortune also. I am not a fan of Sevruga at all. You are correct this American was better. 2 years ago; not so much. I still proclaim Russian Osetra King of Caviar!

There is nothing wrong with American sturgeon! It's certainly better than Sevruga!

You REALLY need to get to Pudge's II at the Burn-Ridge Shopping Center on Nain St. in Jefersonville.
THEY are truly the best. And so are the onion
rings and fries.

I use to love Pudges but their quality has dropped big time, the meat is nasty, overcooked steaks... The only good thing about the steaks now is the conshy bakery roll, the last 3 times I ate there I took a bite or two and threw it in the trash. Never again for me

Love this Idea !!! Living in a rown home I get all kinds of smell from the houses on each side some pleasant Like My one neighbor who works swing shift and I sometimes get woken up at 4 am with the smell of Fresh brewing coffee & bacon cooking.. needless to say makes it hard to go back to sleep LOL. Some others Like who know what they may be using in the basements just stink and may linger for hours.. I bet this will make those bad ones go away faster.. I'd definatly do this all year round maybe find other stuff that will also fit the time of year any suggestions?

Pudges are alright, I would never rate them as the best. To me, they are way to greasy and I like American cheese on my cheesesteak, not cheese whiz. The best steaks in the Montgomery county area (in my opinion) are from Fat Daddies. They tooo use rolls from the conshy bakery, their meat is of better quality, and you get alot of meat on the sandwich
